Joe Willes

Licensed General Contractor

Joe Willes is a seasoned real estate and construction professional with a strong background in fix-and-flip projects and general contracting. A Draper, Utah native, he attended BYU before launching his own successful flipping and construction business, which he has grown over the past four years.


After spending the last few years in Florida managing high-end renovations, Joe has returned to Utah, where he now lives in Saratoga Springs with his wife and daughter. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and as a husband and father, he understands the importance of creating durable, beautiful spaces that homeowners can take pride in.


As a licensed general contractor and successful entrepreneur, Joe brings hands-on expertise in home renovations, flooring durability, and property value. His experience makes him a perfect fit for Ironclad Coatings, ensuring every garage floor is built to last.

Stockton Ashby

With a strong background in business development, investment funds, and high-level sales, Stockton brings a results-driven approach to Ironclad Coatings. Having worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and fund managers, he understands the value of precision, efficiency, and trust—principles that drive every project Ironclad takes on.


Born and raised in Midvale, Utah, Stockton is a Utah guy through and through. He understands the community, the people, and the unique character of the state, which drives his commitment to delivering top-quality work to local homeowners and businesses. His passion for durability, efficiency, and trust ensures that every Ironclad Coatings project is built to last.


Stockton lives in Lehi, Utah, with his wife, Lauren, their young son, and a new addition on the way. Whether he's perfecting a garage floor, organizing a strategic business move, or enjoying time with his family, Stockton is always focused on building something strong and lasting.
