This limited lifetime warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which your local Ironclad Coatings owner guarantees the performance and longevity of our Polyaspartic flooring products. Please review the following warranty details carefully.
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Ironclad Coatings owner provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Polyaspartic flooring products, which guarantees that under normal residential usage, your flooring will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the property where the flooring was installed.
3. Warranty Terms
3.1. Coverage
This warranty covers:
Defects in material and workmanship that result in delamination, peeling, or visible fading due to manufacturing flaws.
Issues arising from the failure of the flooring to perform under normal wear and tear conditions that are not caused by external factors.
Any stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills as long as the spills were removed within 20 minutes of the accident.
3.2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
Issues related to improper maintenance or cleaning that deviate from the Ironclad Coatings’ guidelines that were provided to you at the time of installation.
Flooring products used other than Ironclad Coatings Polyaspartics, Epoxies, and Urethanes, or other non-approved materials.
Damage from exposure to excessive moisture, flooding, or other environmental conditions outside recommended usage.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or discoloration due to high-traffic use, heavy equipment, or harsh chemicals.
Variations in color and texture between online product samples and the installed floor.
4. Warranty Claims Process
4.1. Reporting a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact the Local Ironclad Coatings Owner Who Installed Your Floor: Reach out to your local Ironclad Coatings owner who installed your floor within 30 days of discovering a defect.
Provide Information: Submit a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs of the affected areas and a copy of your original purchase receipt. Please submit wide-angle photos as well as up-close detail views of any issue.
Inspection: A local Ironclad Coatings representative will review your claim and may arrange for an inspection of the flooring to assess the issue.
4.2. Resolution
If the claim is deemed valid, your local Ironclad Coatings owner will:
Repair or Replace: At their discretion, the local Ironclad Coatings owner will either repair the affected area or provide replacement materials for the defective portion. Installation costs and any other related expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
No Cash Refunds: This warranty does not offer cash refunds. Replacement materials will be provided at no cost, but additional costs associated with labor or other expenses are not covered.
5. Installation and Maintenance
5.1. Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the longevity and performance of your Ironclad Coatings Polyaspartic flooring. Your local Ironclad Coatings owner is trained to install Ironclad Coatings proprietary flooring products. Any products used other than Ironclad Coatings Polyaspartic are not subject to this guarantee.
5.2. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential to preserving the appearance and functionality of your flooring. Follow the recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures explained to you by your local Ironclad Coatings owner to avoid voiding your warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
Your local Ironclad Coatings owner’s liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective flooring as described in this document. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from defects in our products.
7. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any transfer of ownership voids this warranty. Additionally, an ownership change of your local Ironclad Coatings owner from the original owner who installed your floor also voids this warranty.
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Salt Lake City, and any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Salt Lake City.

Disclaimer: Each Ironclad Coatings location/territory is individually owned and operated. This warranty is between the local Ironclad Coatings Owner who owns your local territory at the time your floor is installed and the customer who received the floor coating services. It is NOT between the customer and Ironclad Coatings, LLC. nor any future owners of your local Ironclad Coatings Franchise Territory. Any claims from the installation of your floor are to be filed directly with the local Ironclad Coatings Owner who installed your floor. This express limited warranty represents the sole warranty offered by the local Ironclad Coatings Owner for the services, products, and materials provided under this contract. Ironclad Coatings, LLC. or the local Ironclad Coatings Owner do not provide any other warranties, whether expressed or implied, and explicitly disclaim any and all other warranties whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise.
The local Ironclad Coatings Owners’ liability to the buyer regarding claims of loss or damage arising from the contract of sale, its performance or breach, or related to the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, service, repair, or use of the provided floor coatings or cabinets, shall not exceed the amount the buyer paid for the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components. Under no circumstances shall Ironclad Coatings, LLC. OR the local Ironclad Coatings Owner be held liable for any special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, injuries to individuals, property damage, or the loss of use of any property.
